Management
Experience - Ron has over twenty five years of Upper Level
Management experience in global technology planning and project
direction, including Vice President of Research and Technology.
Developed a strong, loyal team of innovative Research Chemists
dedicated to producing ecologically safe coatings for the
automotive, aerospace, coil building, appliance, packaging
and the graphic arts industries. Ron has achieved outstanding
results while in leadership positions through the use of multiple
techniques including: project planning, accountability management,
cross functional product development teams, customer based
commercial development teams, and brain storming. He was awarded
over 50 U.S. and Foreign patents over the last thirty years.
Published in the'Industrial Finishing' and 'Product Finishing'
magazines, Journal of ACS, Internationally recognized speaker
at ECCA in Brussels, POSCO International Automotive Symposium
in S. Korea, and the NCCA in the USA.

- Resin
and Coatings Development - Higher solids oligomers (polyester,
step growth and epoxy ester types), water born polyester
and acrylic dispersion and latex, ultra durable polyesters,
low cure polyester and acrylics, silicon polyester, fluoropolymer
compositions, and UV curable oligomers and resins.
- Coatings
Development - Low VOC content coatings including water born,
higher solids, chrome free and heavy metal free coatings,
powder and radiation cure. Low temperatures cure coatings
for use over metallic and plastic substrates. Ultra durable
compositions for coil and automotive applications. Thin
film, conventional and thick film corrosion resistant primers.
- Market
Applications - Aerospace, Appliance, Automotive OEM, Automotive
Refinish, Coil coatings (appliance, building, truck trailer,
thin film, industrial), Packaging and traffic marking coatings.

Solving/Analysis - Failure mode analysis, coating selection
